Like other defenses that are fused, fusing this tower will give the tower fusion damage which does double damage to rifted enemies.
- Reset Time - This may be decreased by upgrading the defense, or increasing the hero's defense rate stat.
- Effective Range - This may be increased by upgrading the defense, or increasing the hero's range stat.
- Activation Range - This may be increased by upgrading the defense, or increasing the hero's range stat.
- Max HP - This may be increased by upgrading the defense, or increasing the hero's fortify stat.
- Shell Shocked - Enemies are slowed by X% and deal X% reduced damage for X seconds.
- The explosive trap caps out at 0.50s reset time.
- The damage from the explosive trap does not stack with other explosive traps.
- This trap is great as a first-wave build due to its low cost and ability to kill goblins and archers (and sometimes orcs) instantly, as well as its immunity to webbing in nightmare.
- You can resize this towers with ctrl + mousewheel but the effected area will stay at the same size.
- You can lock in the range after placement in the options under "Gameplay -> Defenses -> Rotation/Range After Placement".
- You can lock in the range after swaping in the options under "Gameplay -> Defenses -> Rotation/Range after Swaping".
- You can change the speed to resize in the options under "Gameplay -> Defenses -> Keyboard Range Speed 1 - 10".
